Executive Functioning

Executive Functioning in Children  Executive function and self-regulation skills are the mental processes that enable us to plan, focus attention, remember instructions, and juggle multiple tasks successfully. Executive function skills in the brain are crucial for supporting students’ learning in school and functioning in the workplace. This training focuses on defining executive function and the core areas affected by executive function. The training will also focus on how deficits in executive function can effect a student’s ability to learn.
