Psychological Testing Kits

DCIU's Pupil Services is pleased to lend psychological testing kits to our neighboring school districts’ psychologists in an effort to continue the empowerment of partnerships for education. To request a psychological testing kit, please click on the link below and complete the required form. Completion of this form helps ensure availability and prompt return of psychological testing kits. Please allow two (2) business days for your request to be processed.

For any kits provided by the DCIU, proper sanitization measures are required, and gloves are recommended for use with materials.

**Individuals are responsible for supplying their own protocols. If protocols are needed, there may be a charge associated with this.**
