IT support service levels are structured as follows:
- Administrator level support provides strategic review and improvements of IT systems and processes, management of staff and contractors, financial analysis, and improvements of IT operations, and IT project management.
- Specialist level support provides second-level support for the services desk, IT project coordination, documentation duties, and analysis and development of remediation plans.
