Information Technology
ITS is responsible for developing and directing information technology IU-wide to public and nonpublic schools to increase effectiveness and reduce cost for the ultimate of all educational programs. ITS also manages communications systems.
Administrative Information Systems & Network Services
Provides assistance in the selection, design, installation and operation of computer systems hardware and software, as well as local area networks.
Child Accounting
Enrollment information for each school district and DCIU for subsidies, billing, and state reports. Prepares and submits all child accounting reports to the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
Cybersecurity Services
DCIU Managed Security. Advanced cybersecurity services with consortium pricing at negotiated prices.
Technology Service Center
A fully equipped facility that provides hardware repair services internally to the Delaware County Intermediate Unit as well as stakeholders such as school districts and other Delaware County public entities.
Network Operations Center
Manages the daily operation and maintenance of the county's high-speed communication network, monitoring network traffic, and resolving any network communication, congestion or failure problems. Metropolitan area network consultation, security audits, managed security services, and design services are also available as marketplace services.
Technician Services
DCIU will provide a technician with a minimum of A+ Certification to help districts support their IT Departments. If a district has a major project or needs someone to fill in when its technician is on vacation or extended leave, this program is available to fill the need. A contract is required.

Print Services
Did you know that DCIU provides professional duplicating services for color and black and white jobs? The print shop brings you quality, high-speed, black and white copying at exceptional prices. Our color copying capability rivals four-color offset printing at a price that makes smaller color runs affordable. Deliver projects to the Print Shop located in the DCIU Morton Education Service Center from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or send your files electronically. Completed work can be delivered to your location, where available, via the DCIU’s courier service.
