Business and Operations Department

The Department of Business and Operations is overseen by the Chief Financial and Operations Officer, who provides for the overall financial management services for DCIU and DCTS. Business Services, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Facilities Operations comprise the department. The department also provides financial management services for the Delaware County Vo-Tech School Authority and the Delaware County Public Schools Healthcare Trust.
