Expansion Project at the Marple Education Center Is Underway
DCIU is proud to continue growing and innovating. Our Marple Education Center expansion project is a major step toward enhancing our educational services and improving the overall functionality of our Marple site.
Here’s what’s happening on-site:
The Early Intervention waiting area, loading dock, and storage space are on track to be completed by the end of August.
HVAC System Upgrades: Indoor work has started, with overnight updates happening in classrooms to modernize the entire building’s HVAC system.
Utility Work: New utility feeds have been successfully installed.
Practical Nursing Facility: The new building is taking shape! The structure is up, CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) walls are in progress, and decking for the second floor and roof is underway.
New Front Parking: Scheduled to be completed by the end of June.
This expansion represents a significant investment in our infrastructure and our commitment to providing a state-of-the-art environment for our students and their families, employees, clients, and partners.
