The goal of Project WIN is to help young adults in Delaware County achieve and maintain family-sustaining employment by providing access to critical job readiness resources. The program is open to individuals with or without a high school diploma and offers comprehensive employment and vocational support services tailored to meet participants’ needs.
This week, global credit rating provider Moody’s announced the cybersecurity risk score for the education and nonprofit sectors has jumped from “moderate” to “high” over the past two years.
The education sector’s rising cyber risk rating comes as ongoing calls for K-12 cybersecurity support are amplified at the national and state levels. According to Moody’s, higher cyber risk scores are being driven by growing digitization — which produces an “extensive digital footprint potentially more vulnerable to a cyberattack” — and below-average mitigation of cyber risks.
Students from school districts across Delaware County came together to explore how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of education. Through interactive sessions and collaborative projects, students gained firsthand experience with AI concepts and applications. A new video highlights their reflections and insights from this year-long initiative.

Hundreds of students, teachers, parents, and community members from across Delaware County attended and enjoyed the more than 200 pieces of artwork on display, created by students with special needs from across Delaware County. The ArT Showcase (the A and T represent Assistive Technology-AT) was designed by DCIU staff members whose role is to help students who use assistive technology as an alternative means for learning, communicating, and activities of daily living.
