    Overview

    The Human Resources Department is a cohesive collaborative team dedicated to working strategically with the diverse Delaware County Intermediate Unit community, staff, and administration in identifying and responding to changing needs in support of the DCIU’s mission and beliefs. Human Resources in a fiscally responsible manner will provide leadership and guidance in the development, implementation, and equitable administration of hiring practices, board policies, and administrative directives, federal and state laws thus fostering a positive and diverse work environment.

    Human Resources will do its best to empower DCIU employees, while properly balancing the needs of the employee with those of the intermediate unit ensuring each and every employee a safe, discrimination and harassment free environment.
