Facilities Overview

  • The Facilities Department is responsible for the maintenance and custodial services of all Intermediate Unit facilities as well as managing warehousing and distribution of common use materials and supplies including:

    • Serves as Environmental Coordinator, Transportation Liaison for districts
    • Serves as the Intermediate Unit's Section 504 and Americans with Disabilities Act Coordinator
    • Administers Delaware County Joint Purchasing Board
    • Overall operation of the school lunch program
