    PA Training and Technical Assistance (PaTTAN) 

    PaTTAN is an initiative of the Pennsylvania Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education; it provides information regarding a variety of special education issues including early intervention regulations and forms.

    Parent Education Network (PEN) 

    Parent Education Network (PEN) is Pennsylvania's statewide Parent Training and Information Center. Much of the information provided is designed to support Pennsylvania parents of children with special needs, but information and links are included on Federal Special Education, National Disability Issues and Resources, Special Education Legal Links, Transportation, and Travel that will also pertain to parents and individuals with disabilities in other states.     Local Interagency Coordinating Council (LICC)

    The Delaware County Local Interagency Coordinating Council (LICC) is a partnership among families, Early Intervention agencies, and community groups that provide quality services and resources to young children, birth through five years, with developmental delays.

    Parent to Parent of Pennsylvania (P2P of PA)

    In Pennsylvania, the Parent to Parent model is a one-to-one match between an experienced, mentor parent, called a peer support parent and a parent seeking individualized support from another parent who has been there.Volunteer families who have experienced the joys and challenges of sharing their lives with individuals with disabilities or special needs and are willing to listen, provide emotional support and information through shared, common experiences to the referred parent.Research has shown that what a Parent to Parent program offers is unique and can probably not come from any other source.
