    Science Council

    The annual Science Council series will focus on supporting county LEAs by aligning curriculum, instruction, and assessment with three-dimensional teaching and learning. Topics will evolve in response to participating LEA's needs.

    Meaningful Watershed Education Experiences (MWEE) 

    Join us for a full-day workshop at the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge at Tinicum. Attendees will work through the Meaningful Watershed Educational Experiences (MWEE) framework while furthering their own knowledge of environmental literacy and stewardship.

    Educators will go outdoors to engage in a hands-on learning experience while developing the skills to integrate MWEE into their own classrooms and schools. Following the workshop, attendees will be invited to further learning opportunities to become a certified MWEE Ambassador!

    Attendees can earn 3 additional 48 hours by completing the MWEE 101 online training. MWEE 101 Course Link
