Beginning with the 2019-20 School Year, Delaware Co. Intermediate Unit 25 is operating under the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP).  As a result, all enrolled students of The County Alternative High School, Delaware County Academy, Community School, New Pathways, and Forward Bound are eligible to receive a nutritional breakfast and lunch each school day at no charge to your household.  This program is available to schools and districts that are participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.

The School Breakfast Program requires three food components:  fruits, grains, and fluid milk.  The School Lunch Programs requires five food components:  fruits, vegetables, grains, meat/meat alternatives, and fluid milk.  A minimum of three components - of which one must be a fruit or vegetable - must be taken in order for the meal to be reimbursable.

Please strongly encourage your child to choose the required components of a reimbursable meal.  We cannot claim federal and/or state reimbursements if your child's meal is incomplete.
