Joint Purchasing

  • DCIU coordinates a joint purchasing program, producing over $5 million in savings for member districts. More than 25 items are submitted for bids. Participation is voluntary and is open to school districts only.


    Bids for Fixed Discount Percentage off Catalog and/or Store Discount For Custodial Supplies
    (including Custodial Paper Products and Trash Liners)

    The Delaware County Schools Joint Purchasing Board is inviting vendors to submit a fixed discount percentage off of standard catalog and/or store prices for purchases made by DCIU, Delaware County School Districts, and participating municipalities. These discounts are to be effective from June 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

    All bids received offering discounts of more than 0 % (Zero %), except where otherwise noted, will be accepted. The vendor offering the greatest percentage discount, prompt response to inquiries, prompt delivery services, informed sales representatives, and quick resolution of problems will be favored for purchases during the 2022 calendar year.
