Through interactive sessions and collaborative projects, students gained firsthand experience with AI concepts and applications. The Delaware County Intermediate Unit (DCIU) proudly offers Project WIN, a workforce development initiative designed to support young adults (ages 16-24) who are out of school. Through career training, vocational support, and employment assistance, Project WIN empowers individuals to build sustainable futures in High Priority Occupations (HPOs).

The goal of Project WIN is to help young adults in Delaware County achieve and maintain family-sustaining employment by providing access to critical job readiness resources. The program is open to individuals with or without a high school diploma and offers comprehensive employment and vocational support services tailored to meet participants’ needs.
