DCIU’s Project WIN: Empowering Young Adults Through Workforce Development

The goal of Project WIN is to help young adults in Delaware County achieve and maintain family-sustaining employment by providing access to critical job readiness resources. The program is open to individuals with or without a high school diploma and offers comprehensive employment and vocational support services tailored to meet participants’ needs.
